Shipping

Simple delivery terms for customers in the United States and Canada.

At a glance: We currently sell and ship only to the United States and Canada. DAP delivery is $25 USD for up to 15 items; each additional block of up to 10 items adds $20 USD. Orders ship with UPS, FedEx, or DHL and typically arrive 7–10 business days after dispatch. Import duties or local taxes, if assessed, are payable by the recipient.

Where we ship

Zolay Nights currently accepts orders with delivery addresses in the United States and Canada only. Orders placed for destinations outside these markets cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping fee

Shipping is $25 USD for up to 15 items; each additional block of up to 10 items adds $20 USD (16–25 items = $45; 26–35 items = $65). Delivery is DAP via UPS, FedEx, or DHL unless a different promotion is shown at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and customs processing may affect timing.

Canadian import charges

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges assessed by local authorities or carriers. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout when available. Please review your address before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
