Available services, costs, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive it after your order ships. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We cannot promise changes once fulfillment has begun. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders

Any available international destinations will appear at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and, unless checkout states otherwise, are the recipient’s responsibility.
