Timing and tracking
Our current delivery estimate is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Processing time, carrier handoff, customs review, destination conditions, weather, and peak periods can affect timing, so this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.
Address checks
Review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit, city, state or province, postal code, and contact details before payment. Contact us promptly if something is wrong; once a parcel is processed or handed to the carrier, a change may no longer be possible.
