2. Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Product images, copy, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to Zolay Nights and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

3. Products and orders

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Color may vary with lighting and display settings. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting your order. We may cancel or refuse an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, stock error or an unavailable destination and will refund any amount collected for the cancelled item.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Shipping charges are displayed separately. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs charges and destination-country taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping

Current regions, fees and estimates are stated on our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk and title pass as required by applicable law.

6. Returns and statutory rights

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Outside rights that cannot legally be excluded, all sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods, or any statutory cancellation right that applies to you.

7. Accounts and acceptable conduct

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information submitted through your account. You must not interfere with website security, use automated systems abusively or submit unlawful or harmful material.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolay Nights is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer remedies.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, conflict, epidemic or infrastructure failure.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.

11. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order.
